Our restaurant was founded in 1988 by two people united by a love of Sicily and hospitality: Orazio Patti, a local restaurateur with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, and Gianni Pennisi, a contemporary artist capable of transforming every detail into an expression of creativity and Mediterranean identity. Over the years, the restaurant's cuisine has evolved thanks to the arrival of Chef Salvatore Giunta, a key figure in the growth of our business. With his experience and talent, Giunta brought innovation to traditional Sicilian dishes, later becoming a culinary professor at the hotel school. His gastronomic vision continues to be at the heart of our culinary offerings today.
